Air first enters the Celsius Atmospheric Water Generator unit through a electrostatic air filter (which prevents micro-particles, dust or mold from entering the machine) the clean air is then it is passed through the condensing coils where the humidity is condensed into water (coils are designed with a special food class coating to prevent any contact with metal). Once collected, the water is subjected to a five step filtration process.
 

#1. LF2 Carbon Filter or Nanometer Molecular Sieve
Removes ammonia, chlorine, organic compounds, soil particles, dirt, etc.. (not shown)

#2. Pre-Carbon Filter I
Removes organic compounds, free chlorine, heavy metals, etc..

#3. Pre-Carbon Filter II
Removes organic compounds, free chlorine, and heavy metals a second time to ensure purity.

#4. Reverse Osmosis Membrane
Removes dangerous bacteria, viruses, mineral salt, heavy metals, organic compounds, etc.

#5. Post-Carbon Filter
Removes volatile organic compounds and improves water taste and smell.

The water is then sterilized by a UV light inside the top tank, and again when the water is dispensed to ensure the cleanest water.
